Notice Of Meeting
The 2020 Annual General meeting of the club will be held on Monday evening 13th of July 7.00pm, at the Elim Church 803 Main North Road Belfast Christchurch.
Extracts from the Rules
Part 7: Nominations of Officers. Nominations shall be called for from financial members of the club, which must be signed by the proposer, seconder and the candidate and must be returned to the secretary of the club not less than 30 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (in this case the Friday 12th June 2020. Nomination Forms are available from the Club Secretary, current Committee members for 2019-2020 year are:

Part 9: Remits and Notices of Motion Notices of motion for the Annual General Meeting must be received by the Secretary of the club not less than 30 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (in this case the Friday the 12th June 2020, (either by mail or e-mail) and must be signed by at least two financial members.
1) Annual Accounts; We won’t be posting out our annual account this year as we have done in past. If you require a copy of our annual accounts prior to AGM please contact Karen at the club on 03 323 9048 or by email at, firstname.lastname@example.org The annual accounts will be available either as an electronic or hard copy.
2) Nomination Forms: can be obtained by phoning Karen at the contact details above.
3) Online Attendance: For those of you who would to join us online we will send you out a meeting link for online attendance.
